We distinguish ourselves by the quality of our food, whether the event is for a small group of 50 or a group numbering in the thousands. From elegant weddings at Solitude Resort, a company luau for 900 at the Gallivan Center, made-to-order omelets for a charity fundraiser, we have the expertise to tailor our menus and service to the client’s needs. We even have large, mobile kitchens, from which we can prepare and serve 4,000 people, more than most event venues can hold. Two of our most popular appetizers are: Beef En Croute with Béarnaise, the most tender beef tenderloin on a garlic crouton with Béarnaise Sauce; and Chicken Skewers, tender marinated chicken with peppers and onions on four-inch skewers. Other caterers may offer basic fare that satisfies basic appetites, but our food is memorable in its quality, quantity, preparation, and presentation. Our customers love our omelet and crepe stations where the food is cooked to their specifications as they watch. We have buffet menus for every taste and diet, including a salad buffet, featuring oriental chicken salad with soy sesame sauce, shrimp and asparagus salad, pasta salad with artichoke and feta cheese, and mixed green salad with a choice of dressings, fruit salad, and assorted breads. We can provide special menus for special diets, including vegetarian, low carb, and Kosher.
Our desserts are a delight. Our chef Jeff’s Famous Fresh Fruit Tarts, in handmade tart shells with cream cheese filling topped with fresh colorful fruit, is a favorite of our customers. Another favorite is our Raspberry Cheesecake Blossoms, constructed with crispy phyllo and filled with cheesecake and fresh raspberries.
